1. Service Quality Assurance: We are confident in the quality of our work and the necessary quality requirements of marketplaces for your listings (i.e. Amazon, Shopify, E-commerce Websites, etc.). If for reasons of quality, these platforms reject our deliverables, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. We will work closely with you to address your concerns and make necessary revisions to ensure the content aligns with the requirements.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our evaluation of the specific circumstances. Refunds for services that have not yet commenced will be considered based on the specifics of the situation and will be subject to our evaluation. However, revisions are offered.
3. Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: The reservation fee or downpayment required to secure a booking is non-refundable. However, it is fully deductible from the total investment of the project.
